Steve is a Designer based in Florida state who will be graduating with a BSD in Graphic Design in May 2025. He has owned his own business in design since 2006 and graduating was a long time goal he had put on hold due to life obstacles. Throughout his life he has been able to further develop his design skills, specializing in product and package design in the aviation/aerospace industry and smart devices. In his spare time, Steve loves spending time seeking out new innovations, traveling, drawing, collecting an extensive library, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys cooking and Asian culture.

Workplace bullying leads to inefficiencies by reducing productivity and morale, causing health issues like anxiety and hypertension for affected individuals. Companies face financial strain due to absences related to emotional distress or legal repercussions from bullying incidents.
Bullying undermines collective goals by fostering personal agendas conflicting with team efforts, disrupting collaboration, innovation, and positive change within organizations. Root causes include personal insecurities, external pressures, lack of diversity, and company culture. Addressing bullying requires clear policies, employee training to recognize signs, supportive channels for reporting without fear, fostering diversity and inclusion, and staying informed through best practices.
Implementing these strategies helps protect the workforce while creating healthier, more productive workplaces that value everyone’s contributions globally.
