Margaret is a Graphic Designer and Photo Printer at a Photo Lab in Los Angeles County California while also working to obtain their Bachelors Degree in Design from Arizona State University. Aside from this they also enjoy drawing, woodburning, and horseback riding and even volunteer multiple times a week as a Horseback Riding Instructor teaching kids how to care for and ride horses. Many people in the United States struggle with their mental health. This can manifest in physical, mental, and social issues including bad sleeping habits, negative thoughts, and isolation from others. These issues can be helped and prevented through decreasing the stigma around asking for help as well as increasing education about the subject and how people struggling can help themselves when they cannot access a professional.
