Trapped in the Cycle
Domestic violence is a pattern of abuse used to control a partner or family member, often repeating across generations. Many abusers were once victims, growing up in homes where violence was normalized. This cycle of abuse makes it hard for victims to escape, but it can be broken. With awareness, support, and intervention, survivors can heal, and future generations can be protected from its harm.
