Deforestation is a significant issue that negatively impacts the planet and all who live on it. Millions of hectares of forest are cleared every year for urbanization, logging, and agriculture. Forests are essential for all life on earth and as they disappear, habitats are destroyed, ecosystems crumble, and the planet’s natural cycles are disrupted leaving us with drier climates. We have to make changes today to protect and maintain the forests before the damage becomes irreversible.
