Unmasking Minds: Mental Health in America
Mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder are on the rise, affecting millions globally and taking a toll on individuals, families, and economies. Stigma and discrimination often prevent people from seeking help, while mental illnesses can disrupt relationships, work, education, and physical health. Youth and vulnerable groups, especially the LGBTQ+ community, face growing challenges, with mental illness rates among young adults rising from 18% in 2008 to 29% in 2020. Addressing mental health is an urgent, global priority.
