Andrew Sepulveda is a Graphic Designer and Ceramist based in Pomona, California, who will be graduating in 2026 with a BSD in Graphic Design. While Andrew completes his degree in graphic design, ceramics is also at the core of his creative practice. He approaches his artworks with dedication, curiosity, and care, believing that growth and effort are as important as technical perfection. Alongside graphic design, he has a strong interest in business and product development, viewing his work not only as art but as an evolving creative venture. Andrew uses his graphic design background to support his ceramic work through thoughtful branding, visual storytelling, and custom product packaging. By combining hands-on craftsmanship with design strategies, he will continue to express his creativity in any medium he can explore.

Homeownership or Renting: The fight for affordability
There is a housing crisis that is affecting us all. Americans who want to buy homes are unable to afford them, while those with homes are fighting rising property taxes. Americans who don’t want to own a home, however, are also experiencing inflated rent prices. With all these costs rising and a housing shortage on the rise, we will all face some type of financial repercussions. Repercussions our family members or children will have to face in the future as we all fight for affordable housing. Supported with government data sources, such as HUD, these issues will remain until we learn to educate ourselves on how to stop these rising housing prices, thus decreasing the likelihood of an economic collapse.
