Andrea Beltran has been an art lover ever since she was a child growing up in the Bay Area. If there is one thing that was carried out through her childhood, it is her imagination and ability to tell stories found in her art and design. Graduating with a BS in Graphic Design this summer from Arizona State University, she hopes to make a name for herself in the Bay Area’s diverse and large art community and inspire the next generation of designers and artists from digital illustrations, branding and packaging design or painted artworks where the canvas is taller than herself that she had experienced. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Retirement Unpreparedness
The Struggle to Save: Our Generation’s Challenge to Retire
The unpreparedness and challenges to save to retire in the future is a hidden problem that our current and future generation will be facing. Many Americans are without a retirement plan and saving as they are forced to choose prioritizing paying the current high cost of living or save for their future. At the same time, the Social Security program that assists Americans who are not able to work, such as retirees and people with disabilities, is predicted to run out of money by 2035. Without an alternative program, our generation and beyond will be struggling to afford their current lifestyle once they are not able to work anymore once they are eligible to retire. Will you be able to save money to achieve your retirement plans?
