Processed food in the U.S. has become a staple for families, offering convenience and long shelf life. However, many of these products contain harmful additives like artificial dyes, preservatives, and chemicals which have been linked to chronic health issues such as obesity, diabetes, and cancer. While other countries have banned several of these ingredients, they remain legal in the U.S. due to lax regulations and powerful industry.
