Abbigale is a Graphic Designer based in Tampa, Florida who will be graduating with a BSD in Graphic Design in May of 2026. She completed her internship at Online Print Smart, a small business with a focus on print brokering while offering graphic design services. Through this internship, she gained one-on-one experience with a seasoned designer and has been able to further develop her skills in design, client relationships, and creative problem solving. In her spare time, Abbigale loves to crochet, draw, play video games, play her instruments, and practice calligraphy.

The School Shooting Epidemic in the United States
The United States has a unique recurring problem that doesn’t affect other countries as much as it affects us. School shootings happen so often that a majority of Americans have seemingly grown numb to hearing the news of children being killed at school. Hundreds of innocent lives have been taken by these very preventable tragedies, yet the problem has not gotten any closer to being solved. Educating others about the warning signs of those who commit these heinous crimes is extremely important in the fight to save America’s future while they learn in school.
