Her work reflects a balance between artistry and clear communication, combining imaginative thinking with practical impact. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends, and when she’s alone, she’s often daydreaming—lost in fantasy and drafting characters for her creative worlds.

Excessive Screen Time

The Cost of Too Much Screen Time

Excessive screen time is quietly reshaping childhood, affecting physical health, learning, and emotional well-being in today’s youth. Hours spent on screens are linked to a multitude of health concerns, including crucial factors in a healthy development, such as sleep disruption, reduced physical activity, attention difficulties, and increased anxiety and other mental conditions. Parent controls alone cannot solve this growing issue. It takes families, schools, and technology companies to work together to set healthier limits and design safer platforms that prioritize children’s health and education over digital engagement.
