Real vs. Ultra-Processed Food

What is Real? : The Truth Behind the Food We Eat

Food is supposed to be nutritious, but that is impossible when the majority of the American diet relies on ultra-processed food (UPF). More Americans are being diagnosed with obesity and diabetes due to this UPF diet. Ultra-processed food is cheaper than the healthy alternative, and with prices going up, most people opt for the option that puts food on the table rather than the lasting effects on their health. People need to be educated on what they are putting in their bodies and how to pick what is right for them so that we may live healthier and longer lives.
