Racism and Discrimination

Choose Inclusion Over Exclusion

Racism and discrimination continue to affect people’s lives in deep and lasting ways. They create unfair barriers in schools, workplaces, and communities, limiting opportunities based on race, ethnicity, or background instead of ability and character. Discrimination can be obvious, like exclusion or hateful language, but it can also be subtle—seen in unequal treatment, stereotypes, and biased decisions. These actions divide communities, damage self-worth, and prevent true equality.
